Hydraulic Breaker/Hammer

Borise is specially focus on the research, production and sell of oil seals for various hydraulic breakers/hammers. We provide different quality oil seals in different materials, the regular P6000(MDI) material, and the premium improved PPDI material that researched by ourselves. The improved PPDI quality oil seals have widely matched to a variety of hydraulic breaker/hammer models, has been verified by most brands breakers that it's much better performance than the regular material. Especially on the large breakers/hammers, the PPDI oil seals show much better performance.

Wind Energy Equipment

The PPDI polyurethane material developed by Borise features excellent resilience, wear resistance and fatigue resistance. In addition, it possesses low interior heat generation and excellent dynamic performance, which permits its operation in working conditions of high frequency and high-low temperature (-30∽130°C) where ordinary polyurethane materials cannot resist, especially adaptable to the working environments of breaking hammers of high-frequency and high-temperature.

OIl Field Equipment

BORISE Step Seal: PUAR is a new product with intellectual property rights independently developed by Borise. It’s a new polymer material as substitute of traditional step seal of PTFE+Cu powder, with the tear resistance and super wear-resisting property that traditional material doesn’t have. The step seal made of PUAR material is twice the service life of the traditional one, and has a wider range of application conditions.
