PRODUCT

The PPDI polyurethane material developed by Borise features excellent resilience, wear resistance and fatigue resistance. In addition, it possesses low interior heat generation and excellent dynamic performance, which permits its operation in working conditions of high frequency and high-low temperature (-30∽130°C) where ordinary polyurethane materials cannot resist, especially adaptable to the working environments of breaking hammers of high-frequency and high-temperature.

Testing Room

The company equipped with CNC-machine workshops of mould processing, injection moulding, trimming, vulcanization, testing, crushing room for imperfections and large area of storage. Our product going through strict examination and testing, our testing room can perform the tensile strength, tearing strength, elongation, pressure variation coefficient, hardness and wear resistance coefficient.
Vulcanization Shop

Borise seal self-developed the main oil seals and diaphragm of polyurethane PPDI material, transparent golden color without impurity, which featured excellent dynamic performance, high heat resistance withstanding high temperature of 150 degrees and limit temperature of 170degrees, big loading capacity, double wear resistance and longer running life comparing with the regular ones in the market.

APPLICATION

Borise produces high elastic excavator cylinder seal and buffer seal, which selects improved PPDI material, that takes very obvious advantage when they are used on the large excavators that examines more the quality of oil seals.
